DIY Fall Vase Decor

Choose your vase colors (red, orange, green, brown, white, yellow) I did yellow, brown, red and Keyshmarie did red, brown, white. YOU WILL NEED
  • Your choice of colors spray paints and clear coat spray paint. You can get them at any craft store but they are cheapest at Home Depot (maybe ask the hubby to pick them up because I’m sure he goes to there more than you...hehe)
  • glass jars our came from artichokes, pickles and olives. Remember there so many purposes glass jars can serve dove them!
  • Brown rope
  • Your choice of flowers or and fall leaves. Stick w/ fall colors.
  • Wire cutters

LETS GET STARTED!

Scrub the labels off your jars and dry. We like all different shapes and sizes it adds dimension creativity.

Decide on you colors and spray paint your jars. TIPS- don’t spray too close, we sprayed in the back yard over old wrapping paper. Makes for a easy clean up. You may need 2 to 3 layers.
Spray your clear coat last to keep your paint from chipping.

Cut your rope to wrap around your vases at least 3 times before tying the bow in front. We eye balled it because you jar rims are different sizes. You always have to play with yours bows to get them to sit right.

Cut your flowers and leaves to fit. We used scissor but you need wire cutters  for sure (it was tough with scissors) All of our flowers and leaves came from dollar tree. Play around with it to get the colors and look you want. We did, at first Keyshmarie had pink flowers and we ended up changing those out.

Set your jars together and your all done!

Beautiful DIY unique fall colored decor to brighten up your home for the fall season. Keyshmarie and I had a ton of fun creating these and love to see them in our homes. I actually like Keyshmarie’s fall vases better with her white jar but if you have a lot of white in your home the white jar will keep it from standing out. So your call, I hope you enjoyed this DIY. I know we did!
